1. Who we are

These terms apply to all purchases made from Prime Peptide Labs ("we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom at Prime Peptide Labs Ltd · Manchester, United Kingdom. Contact: orders@primepeptidelabs.com.

2. Research use only

All products sold by us are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicinal products, are not licensed by the MHRA, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, or diagnostic application. By placing an order you warrant that you are a qualified researcher aged 18 or over and that you will handle, store and dispose of the products in accordance with all applicable laws and safety regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order by dispatching the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the products may be misused.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of shipping. We accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Orders are held as "pending" until the on-chain transaction is confirmed. If payment is not received within 24 hours of order placement the order will be cancelled.

5. Shipping and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. See our shipping page for delivery timeframes and carrier options. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.

6. Returns and refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we do not accept returns of opened items. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our shipping & returns page for full details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the price paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including any losses arising from misuse of the products contrary to their stated research-only purpose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
