Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day from our Manchester facility. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1–2 working days (£6.50)
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm — next working day (£12)
Free Tracked 24 on UK orders over £250

International delivery

Europe — 3–7 working days (from £18, tracked)
Rest of world — 5–14 working days (from £28, tracked)

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT or clearance fees charged by the destination country. All parcels are shipped discreetly with no external branding.

Packaging

Vials and lyophilised products are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with an ice pack where required. Products are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of shipping.

Returns

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or shows evidence of tampering, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Damage claims must include photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the affected product. Email orders@primepeptidelabs.com with your order reference.
